Companion responses are designed to address psychological and behavioural patterns only and must not be interpreted as guidance on whether to enter, exit, or hold any position.

MyNeuroPod is not licensed or authorised by any financial services regulator, including the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa or any equivalent authority in any other jurisdiction.

The companion AI does not diagnose, treat, or manage any mental health condition, psychological disorder, substance use disorder, or any other medical condition. Companion responses should not be relied upon as psychological treatment or professional mental health guidance.

MyNeuroPod is not a "covered entity" or "business associate" under the United States Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the service is not a HIPAA-covered service. Do not submit information to the service as protected health information.

Using MyNeuroPod does not create any therapeutic, counselling, advisory, or doctor-patient relationship between you and MyNeuroPod or its personnel, and no human monitors, reviews, or supervises your session in real time.

MyNeuroPod operates an automated crisis detection system that monitors session transcripts for language that may indicate suicidal ideation, self-harm intent, or threats of violence. When such language is detected, the system delivers a pre-written safety message containing crisis support line numbers and logs the event for admin review.

The following limitations apply to this system and must be understood before using MyNeuroPod:

• The crisis detection system is automated and imperfect. It will not detect every instance of crisis language. It may also activate in response to language that does not represent a genuine crisis (false positive).
• MyNeuroPod does not provide real-time human monitoring of any session.
• The crisis protocol is not a substitute for emergency services, professional mental health intervention, or crisis counselling.
• Delivery of a crisis response message by the companion does not constitute crisis intervention and should not be relied upon in any emergency situation.
• MyNeuroPod accepts no liability for any failure of the crisis detection system to identify, detect, or respond to any situation.

If you are in crisis, considering self-harm or suicide, or feel you may be a danger to yourself or others, stop using MyNeuroPod immediately and contact your local emergency services, a crisis line, or a qualified professional.

Individual results vary significantly based on factors entirely outside MyNeuroPod's control, including but not limited to your trading experience, market conditions, trading system quality, discipline, life circumstances, and pre-existing psychological factors.

MyNeuroPod's companion responses are generated by artificial intelligence models and are not reviewed by any human before you hear or read them. Because the companion is automated, it may occasionally produce a response that is inaccurate, inappropriate, off-topic, or outside its intended behavioural-coaching scope, and it cannot be guaranteed to stay within its intended boundaries on every turn.

You should exercise your own judgment in response to all companion communications. If a companion response does not feel appropriate or accurate, you are under no obligation to act on it and should disregard it.

The MyNeuroPod companion is an artificial intelligence, not a real person, not a therapist, and not a conscious being. Any sense of relationship, empathy, or emotional connection you may experience when using it is simulated.

AI companions can foster emotional attachment or dependence. The companion is intended as a trading-session behavioural aid — not a primary source of emotional support and not a replacement for human relationships or professional care. We discourage exclusive or dependent reliance on the companion. If you notice yourself relying on the companion for emotional support outside of trading contexts, we encourage you to speak to a qualified professional or someone you trust.

MyNeuroPod is a psychology and behavioural-coaching tool, not a trading platform, broker, or execution venue. It plays no part in placing, modifying, or closing any trade.

We do not guarantee that the service will be available or uninterrupted. Access may be delayed, suspended, or unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party outages, or other factors beyond our control. You must not depend on the availability of the service for any trading decision or action, and any unavailability — including a resulting missed trade or lost opportunity — is not a basis for any claim against MyNeuroPod.
